We’re excited to offer a variety of classes throughout the week, designed to suit all ages and skill levels.
Kids Jiu Jitsu runs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons, giving young students a fun, safe, and structured introduction to the sport while building confidence, discipline, and resilience.
Our Women’s Jiu Jitsu class takes place on Monday evenings from 7:00pm – 8:00pm, providing a supportive and empowering environment where women can learn, grow, and build real self-defense skills.
Men’s 40+ Grappling is held on Tuesday evenings from 7:00pm – 8:00pm, welcoming those who want to learn and train in a more relaxed, low-pressure environment. Perfect for beginners or those getting back into fitness.
To round out the week, our Advanced Grappling Group runs on Saturday mornings from 7:00am – 8:30am. This session is ideal for those looking to sharpen their skills through high-level drilling, rolling, and focused training.
