Kids Classes

👧 Ages 4.5 years through to teens
Jiu Jitsu is more than just a martial art. It’s a place where kids grow in confidence, learn discipline, build resilience, and develop real self-defense skills in a safe and fun environment.
A special part of our program is the belt and grading system, giving students clear goals to work towards. Progressing through the belts is a proud milestone that celebrates their effort, commitment, and growth.
We are a NO-GI kids gym, keeping training practical, simple, and accessible.
Women’s Grappling Class
📅 Monday | ⏰ 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Our women’s class is a safe, supportive, and empowering space designed specifically for women. Whether you're a complete beginner or have previous experience, you’ll learn practical techniques while building strength, confidence, and real self-defense skills.
This class is about more than just training. It’s about growth, connection, and discovering just how capable you truly are.
Men’s 40+ Grappling Class
📅 Tuesday | ⏰ 7:00pm – 8:30pm
Over 40 (or feeling like it?!) and keen to give grappling a go? This class is designed just for you.
Learn the fundamentals, get a great workout, and build the skills to keep up with (or at least survive 😄) your kids on the mats, without the pressure of training against younger, more athletic athletes.
It’s a supportive, relaxed environment where you can learn at your own pace.

This high intensity class is designed for those ready to take their training to the next level.

Kids Jiu Jitsu Classes
What is Jiu Jitsu?
Our Kids Jiu Jitsu classes are designed to help children grow in confidence, coordination, discipline, and resilience through fun, structured martial arts training. Every session blends movement, self‑defense skills, teamwork, and problem‑solving in a safe, encouraging environment.
Kids learn how to move their bodies, protect themselves, and stay calm under pressure. All while having a great time, making friends, and building healthy habits that carry into school, sport, and everyday life.
We use a structured belt progression to help kids set goals, stay motivated, and celebrate their growth. Each belt represents a new level of skill, understanding, and maturity on the mats.

Great place. My daughter and I have been doing Jiu Jitsu here for a year. She loves it and its been great for her focus and self discipline. Super friendly atmosphere and really practical and effective teaching style. Adult classes cover a good range of techniques with a focuses on stand-up and even wall wrestling. Very different to the other local clubs and holds up well.
Would strongly recommend for people looking to get into BJJ.
