We start with the basics—stance, movement, and striking techniques—helping you build confidence in your skills. As you progress, you'll develop fluidity in your movements, sharpen your coordination, and gain a deeper understanding of combinations and defensive techniques.
Unlike traditional "box-fit" classes, this program goes beyond cardio-based workouts. You’ll be learning real martial arts techniques in an easygoing, non-intimidating setting—no pressure, no egos, just great training. Whether you're here to build strength, improve fitness, or eventually try light sparring, this class offers the perfect balance of skill development and fun, without the need for a hardcore commitment.
