Join our Martial Art classes to improve your fitness and learn self-defense techniques in a supportive environment, providing an energetic workout and teaching essential self-defense moves.

About Kick boxing:
Learn the fundamentals of stance, movement, and striking with confidence. Laying the foundation for progressing into learning combinations, defense and eventually into light sparring. We’re excited to offer adult grappling classes at Train for Life Fitness, designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and strategic thinking.
